ENGR. MENANDRO "ANDY" R. LIM, PEE, president and founder of Celcotec Industrial Corp., is a professional electrical engineer with over twenty years of experience in the various aspects of electrical engineering, such as design, construction, testing and commissioning, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
Engr. Lim currently serves as the MCDC Subcommittee Chairperson and the 51st ANC Convention Bureau Deputy for Sports (2026) for the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IIEE). He also provides leadership as the IIEE TCPDC Adviser.
