M. R. Lim, president and founder
Celcotec was established in 1994 during the revitalization of the construction industry after the slump of the '80s. Menandro R. Lim, a professional electrical engineer, grasped the opportunity and registered Celcotec with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1994 (SEC Registration No. AS094-008929) with an authorized capital stock of two million pesos. It was subsequently also registered with the Department of Trade and Industry in 2006 (DTI Registration No. 00220835).
